Lawns Lawns get tans over summer too

As the bright summer sun continues to shine down on us you may notice that the colour of the lawns at our parks and reserves may not look as green as they did during the colder months.

There is no need to be alarmed as this is completely normal for our climate and this does not affect the health of our lawns. The City continues to water and maintain our parks and reserves over the summer months however the strength of the sun's rays may cause the colours to change.
